Refusals - If the recipient refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

International Returns and Exchanges - The recipient will be fully responsible for all shipping charges and documentation needed to return the product. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed after it has been returned to Zobha.

If you purchase an item from zobha.com which goes on sale at a lower price within 14 calendar days following the date of your original purchase, you may receive a one-time online store credit for the difference between the original purchase price and the lower sale price of this item. To request the online store credit, you must contact customer service at 877.266.1866 within 14 calendar days from the date of your original purchase and provide your order number.

  • The Price Adjustment is only applicable for items purchased on zobha.com and will be offered in the form of original payment or an online store credit on this website only.
  • Items purchased with a promotional discount, or on sale are not eligible for a Price Adjustment.
  • In the event you receive a Price Adjustment on an item and later return the item in accordance with the Return Policy on this website, the amount of your refund will be calculated on the original purchase price less the Price Adjustment, and excludes shipping and handling charges.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY (Effective February 1, 2014)

We want you to love our products! If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product within 30 calendar days of the invoice date for a full refund according to the following guidelines:

  • All returns MUST be purchased from zobha.com and returned in sellable condition (new and unworn), including original packaging with hang tags attached.
  • Please Note: All final sale items, including Zobha underwear, may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Refunds will include taxes, but will not include shipping and handling paid for the item, as shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, once an item is shipped.
  • Returns made within 30 calendar days of the invoice date will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
  • If you have received an item from Zobha as a gift, you can return it in exchange for an online store credit for the current selling price. Please contact Customer Service at 1-844-GO-ZOBHA or by emailing customerservice@zobha.com.
  • If the purchase was made with an online store credit, the return will be issued as an online store credit.
  • If product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please call customer service at 1-844-GO-ZOBHA to receive a Return Authorization Number and to arrange for a replacement item to be shipped. There will be no charge for shipping on replacement orders.
  • If an exchange is needed for a different size, style or color, you will not be charged for shipping on your exchange order when shipping ground within the contiguous United States. Exchange orders that ship via any expedited method, or outside the contiguous United States, will be charged for shipping
  • If you no longer have a copy of your invoice or Return Label and wish to obtain one, please request one by calling our customer service department at 1-844-GO-ZOBHA or by emailing customerservice@zobha.com.

How to Return an Item to Zobha

To return a product, include the packing slip that was included in your order, cover the original shipping label and return to the address below. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges via the courier of their choice. When returning items, please obtain a copy of the package's tracking number. Returns must include the customer order number and billing name.
